In recognition of NovaCasts ongoing support for Wiltshire & Bath Air Ambulance, they were invited this week to their exclusive charity event for corporate partners which was held at Bath Racecourse.
Wiltshire & Bath Air Ambulance are a charity providing vital, critical medical care by land and air across Wiltshire and Bath. Being a charity, they are almost entirely funded by donations. NovaCast is always aspiring to play their part and contribute where they can to local causes, which is why they have been thrilled to take part in Wiltshire & Bath air Ambulance’s most recent charity event.
For several years NovaCast has been a passionate financial supporter of Wiltshire Air Ambulance joining fund raisers, some of these being Bath Half Marathon in 2018 to Tough Mudder in 2019. With their ongoing support, this year NovaCast have sponsored one of the six races that took place at Bath Racecourse for Wiltshire & Bath Air Ambulance’s charity event. Kirsty and Brittany, from NovaCast’s head office in Melksham, attended the day.
The day began with meeting the brilliant team of Wiltshire & Bath Air Ambulance and meeting their other sponsors. Kirsty and Brittany thoroughly enjoyed watching the races and being a part of the buzzing atmosphere throughout the day. After NovaCasts sponsored race, alongside with a member of Wiltshire & Bath Air Ambulance they had the honour of choosing the best dressed horse and presenting the mementoes to the winning owner of the race.
NovaCasts Supply Chain Co-ordinator, Kirsty said regarding the day “It was an honour to be chosen as an ambassador of Novacast to attend the Wiltshire Air Ambulance Charity Race Day. Wiltshire Air Ambulance is such a worthy cause and a vital service of the whole community. You could see by the warm welcome and throughout the day how honoured the staff are to work for this amazing charity. I thoroughly enjoyed my day, and it was a fantastic experience to present the award to the race winner. I look forward to supporting Wiltshire Air Ambulance in the future with any other charity events that take place. A charity so close to the hearts of the community.”
